These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our booking website and services. By making a reservation with Zen Mandarin Stays (a sub-brand of Zen Luxury Retreats), you agree to comply with the terms set out below.

1. Bookings & Payments

All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, and supported online platforms.

Prices are shown in AUD and may vary depending on season and availability.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in: 3:00 PM | Standard check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request (subject to availability and fees).

入住时间为下午3点，退房时间为上午10点。

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect house rules provided for each property.
• No parties or unauthorized events are allowed.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

客人需遵守房屋规定，禁止聚会或未经许可的活动。

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
• 50% refund for cancellations within 7–13 days.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
• Exceptions may apply in special circumstances.

5. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. All guest data is stored securely and used only to process reservations and provide services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Territory, Australia.
